A Couple o’ Cowards: Private Lives
Wed 23 – Sat 26 OctA Couple o’ Cowards: Private Lives by Noël Coward.
Described as Noël Coward’s comedy of manners. Divorced couple Elyot and Amanda meet by chance at the same hotel while honeymooning with their new spouses. Will they behave honourably or will they behave disgracefully? With Noël Coward’s acerbic wit, we know there will be fireworks and possibly some very bad behaviour.
“Very flat, Norfolk”
“That was no reflection on her, unless she made it flatter”
Coward’s wit and cutting humour in these plays have entertained audiences since premiering in 1930 and 1947, respectfully, through to today.
Mask Theatre are proud to present two weeks of Coward’s finest work – Book early to take up our box office deal to save on tickets to see both shows!
These amateur productions of “Private Lives” and “Present Laughter” are presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals Ltd. on behalf of Samuel French Ltd.
