Join health lifestyle guru Leah Michaelides as she explores healthy food options.
Leah grew up in Cyprus her whole life and truly sampled the real Mediterranean Diet. In 2012, she obtained a certificate in cooking and through 2020 and 2021, she made it her mission to encourage deaf people to eat healthy food and learn what is healthy food with the use of BSL.
Show will be in BSL and translated so is open to all.
