Jack & The Beanstalk Access Performance – Relaxed, Signed & Audio Described
Sat 20 Dec 2025The Key Theatre is delighted to host an Access Performance of our magical Christmas pantomime, Jack & The Beanstalk. This specially adapted performance ensures that everyone can enjoy the festive fun in a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
What to Expect:
This performance is designed for audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed theatre experience, including individuals with sensory sensitivities, learning disabilities, or additional needs. Provisions in place include:
- Lights Up: The auditorium will remain gently lit throughout the performance.
- Sound Down: The overall sound levels will be reduced to ensure a more comfortable experience.
- No Flashes or Bangs: All sudden loud noises, flashes, and pyrotechnics will be removed.
- TV in the Bar: For those who may prefer to step out of the auditorium.
- Sensory Space: Our Swan Room will be transformed into a designated sensory space and quiet room for anyone needing a break during the show.
Additional Support:
The performance will be signed for deaf or hearing-impaired audience members and audio-described for visually impaired attendees, ensuring a truly inclusive experience.
