About the Hatha Yoga Class…

Through a sequence of movements, Rose will guide you through a 1 hour session that prepares and supports your body using breathing techniques and intention. Those taking part will get to connect and move through a sequence of asanas (poses) to strengthen the body, build flexibility, and encourage calmness and relaxation.

Please note: Yoga mats will not be provided so please bring your own and wear loose or comfortable clothing. Classes are suited for all levels from beginners to intermediate. Modifications will be provided for beginners.

About Rose: Rose has recently qualified as a yoga instructor but has been working in the field of wellbeing for over 14 years through dance, meditation, art and coaching as well as practising yoga in that time. Rose provides a safe, supportive space and aims for her classes to build confidence, support emotional and physical wellbeing and bring a sense of peace to both mind and body.
