We suggest the following amounts:

  • A5 up to 500 – please note we no longer accept flyers for one-nighters, but you are welcome to send a digital flyer

Display of pull-up banners is subject to space, and therefore we advise not sending a pull-up banner without prior agreement.

Unless specifically requested otherwise, all print will be disposed of after the show.

We require the following image sizes for our website at at least 300dpi:

  • Main event image (landscape): 1920px x 1080px.

You can download our safe zone template here. Sizes depicted within are as follows:

  • What’s On listing: 1920px x 1080px (16:9).
  • Event page header: 1920px x726px (320:121).
  • Performance schedule pop up: 1636px x 1080px (50:33).

We require the following image sizes for our social media pages:

  • Landscape image: 1200px x 630px.
  • Square image: 1080px x 1080px.
  • Portrait image (stories): 1080px x 1920px.

We require the following image sizes for our brochure pages:

  • Landscape: 1920px x 1080px.
  • Square: 1080px x 1080px.

Please ensure that brochure artwork is supplied as a clean image, without text.


Other Materials:

Please could you also supply:

  • Website copy.
  • Long brochure copy long (200 words).
  • Short brochure copy (50-60 words).
  • Any additional artwork and images for social media.
  • Videos (show preview and where possible personalised venue videos).

Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure that any videos and artwork submitted have the relevant permissions for it to be recorded and distributed for use online, including on social media platforms.

Please advise specifically if photo/video credits, or logos, must be displayed when using your materials online.


Ticket Offers:

If you wish to run a ticket offer on an event, please arrange this in advance of on-sale. Discounts are only considered for early bookings. Late ticket discounts are not offered on events.

Our Marketing Offer:

Marketing Contra: If you have a marketing contra (agreed spend within your contract) your event will be included in our season brochure at the cost of £150 (deducted from the contra, unless otherwise agreed). Subject to space there may be the possibility to upgrade to a larger entry, please contact the team if you wish to be considered for this.

We will endeavour to carry out the following free of charge activity:

  • Inclusion on our website.
  • Print on display in the venue.
  • Organic social media post(s).
  • Targeting similar audience through things such as exit flyering, display on front of house screens, upselling at the box office etc.
  • A press release sent to local contacts.

Any additional paid marketing will be charged in full to the visiting company unless otherwise stated. Please get in touch with any additional budget available, and we will draft a marketing plan for your approval.

Additional activity can include things such as:

  • Newspaper / magazine adverts
  • Outdoor campaigns
  • Radio adverts
  • Print distribution
  • E-shots
  • Direct mailings
  • Boosted social media campaigns

Please note do not take requests for our social media headers, or website carousel due to limited space.
