- What time does my show finish?
As soon as we have this information, we will add it to the show page on the website. We will also send you a pre-show email (usually the day before the performance) and include this information.
- Where can we park?
If you are visiting us by car, there is a barrier-controlled car park just outside the main entrance. You pay on return to your vehicle after the show and so at busy times there can be delays in making payment and leaving the car park. For a quicker get away after a show, alternative pay and display parking is available a short walk away in Bishops Road car park (PE1 5AP) or Pleasure Fair Meadows Car park (PE2 9PB). Full details of council parking options available at Https://www.peterborough.gov.uk/residents/parking/car-park-locations
- I can’t find the email with my eTickets, can you help?
The email originates from bookings@landmarktheatres.co.uk with the subject line of ‘Your Tickets Are here’.
If you still can’t find them, please log in to your theatre account on our website where you are able to see all your orders and download your eTickets.
- How do I book accessible seating and/or a carer ticket?
Currently, these both need to be booked directly with the box office. Please email us at peterborough.tickets@landmarktheatres.co.uk and we will happily call you if you include a contact number.
We offer complimentary tickets to Essential Carers for customers with a disability subject to proof or eligibility, such as PIP /DLA or a carer card.
- Do I need to buy a ticket for my baby?
At most shows we welcome parents carrying young children into the theatre. Children under 18 months do not require a ticket if they are a babe-in-arms. 18 months and over require a ticket. Occasionally some shows will charge for babies so please check the webpage for the show you are interested in.
- Can I swap my tickets for a different performance?
If it is the same show, then yes you can; subject to availability and a £2 per ticket exchange fee. We cannot swap you to a different show. Please email the box office with your request.
- I can no longer attend the show and would like a refund.
As per our Terms & Conditions, tickets are non-refundable (unless the show is cancelled or rescheduled). If you have bought the SecureMyBooking ticket insurance then please contact them directly to make your claim: www.securemybooking.com
