The Insight Associates programme offers an exciting opportunity for theatre makers with an established studio career who are looking to transition into larger-scale work.
This weeklong paid attachment places an Associate within one of our Landmark Theatres productions, where they’ll gain hands-on experience working alongside a key member of the creative team—whether that’s the Director, Musical Director, Choreographer, or another production lead.
Each placement is shaped by the nature of the production and the availability of the creative team, offering a unique and tailored professional development experience.

We currently have an opportunity attached to our upcoming production of 9 to 5 The Musical. This is for:
- Early- to mid-career directors and choreographers who want to develop their understanding and experience of larger-scale production
- Directors and choreographers currently creating studio-scale or small-scale work
- Directors and choreographers looking to move into mid-scale or large-scale work or to gain experience in musical theatre
Successful Insight Associates will be attached to the production’s Director and Landmark Theatres CEO and Creative Director, Paul Jepsen. You will also be supported by the productions Assistant Director and Landmark Theatres Artist Development Associate, Sonny Nwachukwu.
